Our promises

Every vegetable is hand-picked the same morning. If anything you receive isn't fresh — wilted, soft, bruised, or simply not up to the mark — we make it right:

• Tell us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup: tap “Not fresh? Report” on your order page, reply to the WhatsApp message, or call +91-7400900471.
• We replace the item free on the next delivery, or refund it — your choice. No photos, no forms, no questions.
• Online payments are refunded to the same UPI/card within 5–7 working days. Cash orders are refunded in cash or UPI.

• 30-minute home delivery to pincodes 490006, 490020, 490023, 490009, 490001. If we're running late we'll tell you on WhatsApp.
• Delivery fee ₹20; free above ₹199. Minimum order for delivery ₹99.
• Pickup from the shop has no fee and no minimum. We'll WhatsApp you when it's packed.
• Shop hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Orders placed after hours are packed first thing when we open.
• You can cancel free of charge until packing starts (from your order page).

• Pay on delivery / at shop — cash or UPI to the delivery person or at the counter.
• Pay online — UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking via Razorpay. We never see your card or UPI details.
• Prices are per pack size shown on the site and include all taxes. Weights are measured on a calibrated scale.
